GemWise was established in May 2023. The company operates as both a TikTok cross-border e-commerce service provider and an operator of self-owned e-commerce stores on overseas platforms. One of its subsidiaries, HollySheep, was established in the Philippines, providing excellent one-stop services for Filipino TikTok merchants, including e-commerce live streaming, short video creative production, commercial advertising placement, and comprehensive brand marketing. After a year growth, HollySheep achieved the third position as an officially certified TikTok service provider in the Philippines in December 2023. On the other hand, GemWise is dedicated to the self-operation of overseas e-commerce stores. Currently, the company operates products in categories such as automotive cleaning, clothing and apparel, and cosmetics. The scope of operations has expanded from the Philippines to the United States, to provide better and cheaper products to foreign friends.
